Receptet på min lätta limpa. Recipe for "limpa"

Här är receptet på den himla lätta limpan
jag brukar göra.

Rallarbullar 6-7 st

1 liter ljummet vatten
2 ägg
500g farinsocker
3 pkt jäst
1 msk salt
anis/fänkål eller andra brödkryddor
ca 1 påse rågsikt

Smula jästen i degbunken, häll på vattnet och rör ut jästen
Knäck äggen i och rör i kryddor, farinsocker och salt.
Häll ner nästan allt mjöl och arbeta till en slät
smidig deg. Låt jäsa minst 45 minuter gärna längre.
Arbeta ut till runda stora bullar, eller limpor.
Låt jäsa 40 min till.
Grädda 25 - 30 min i 175 graders ugn.

My recipe for "limpa"....

1000 ml of lukewarm water
2 eggs
500 g of brown sugar
150 g of fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
1,5 teaspoon of fennel or anise
about 2 kg sifted rye flour

Stir the water and the yeast together.
Put in the brownsugar, salt and spices.
Then add the two eggs.
Next you put in almost all of the flour
and work to a smooth and shiny dough.
Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes,
longer if you want....
Work out to loafs, this recipe is for
about 5 - 6 of them.
Let them rise again for about 40 more minutes.
Bake off in 175 degrees owen (347 farenheit)

Maybe I'll have to try your recipe this weekend, I've been wanting to make bread, I haven't for awhile.

A new recipe! I have to try it this weekend :). I'm sure it tastes exellent. Thanks for sharing and hope you write more your recipes.
I thing Spring is comming... The day starts with BEAUTIFUL sunny weather.In the morning is a little frost but I'm sute the day will be warm.
